Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which odv555 holds its operating licence.
